I think that instead of sitting at my desk for the first hour reading web-comics, the news and my blog-log, it would be much more motivating if I were allowed to watch an episode or two of 'Man vs. Wild' or 'Survivorman'.

Waiting for some friends to come pick me up for Brunch at Handlebar.

I've been waiting since 10:30 this morning.

It never stops amusing me that I can shower, brush my teeth, fix my hair, put on foundation, change *twice* and pack up my bag faster then my guy-friends can shower and (maybe)shave and change.

This makes no sense to me.

My dSLR broke sometime last week.

Since I don't have the two grand to drop on the upgraded dSLR I really want, I'm thinking about buying this one, which I was actually thinking about buying anyway, pre broken dSLR, because... carrying around the bulk of the d70 was taxing and cumbersome.

Yesterday I broke down and bought a second AC unit for my bedroom.  I also bought a case of PBR for two man-friends who came over and helped me install it.

Sleeping on my bed felt a little bit like heaven.  I had to share it with the Porkchop of course, but for the most part he was happy to have cool air in his mine bedroom and I think he was happy ( Read more... )
